Over the past 15 years, Zac has been an integral part of the Australian wagering landscape, providing monetizable content strategies and establishing full service in-house creative agencies for three major operators in one of the biggest regulated, mature betting markets. His innovation and vision in this space has generated millions of incremental betting turnover and high levels of customer acquisition and engagement.

Andrew has worked across a variety of wagering-focused roles, in three different countries, spanning more than 20 years. He has enjoyed an award-winning racing and sports television broadcast career, and led the communications team of a global wagering powerhouse. Andrew leverages his postgraduate education (Master of Marketing, University of Sydney) with decades of industry experience to develop business initiatives, marketing strategies and content that deliver bottom-line results.
From live and scripted television, to branded and original marketing content, as well as plenty in between, Mitchell's passion for simply creating quality, engaging, and monetizable content has been the backbone of a career spanning more than two decades. Combine that with a deep understanding of the wagering space, and a genuine nous for how a brand can leverage content in their marketing arsenal, the "marriage" with BOC Agency was one that made complete sense.
Jamie is a visual thinker, designer and storyteller with over 20 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Not satisfied with just thinking outside of the box, Jamie has a track record of destroying the box that holds brands in. Jamie merges vast experience in developing insightful brand strategy with unbridled creative thinking. This has helped him deliver award winning work across a variety of disciplines for dozens of beloved brands throughout his career.

Our resident Englishman, Chris has worked across the globe for major wagering operators, award winning production houses to broadcast and telecommunications specialists. He thrives on delivering compelling, creative cutting-edge content across sports, horse racing and entertainment channels. His knowledge and experience in these fields, and his ability to innovate and push the boundaries of creativity, make him an integral part of the BOC team.
Head Of Production
Dallas started his video production career in collegiate athletics working for multiple universities across three Power 5 conferences. He has held a variety of positions in post production and live production events, and now brings that experience to the world of professional sports wagering. Whether it’s creating short form social media videos, to award winning feature stories, Dallas knows how to make your company’s story shine.
Born into a humble Quarter Horse breeding family along with the lights, cameras and big personalities of Hollywood Park & Los Alamitos sparked Blaise’s interest within the horse racing live television production industry. Operating live graphics machines, coordinating, directing to producing award-winning live horse racing television has transpired over the past decade. Blaise’s genuine enthusiasm and motto of Anything is Possible makes him a perfect fit at BOC.

After starting in news & current affairs in his native Scotland over 20 years ago, Liam has since worked all over the world for some of the biggest broadcast networks, production houses and major sporting events. Now based in Australia and with a focus on all things sport, he is as comfortable behind the camera as he is in the edit suite. His versatile skill set, eye for the cut and proven ability to see and tell the story, make him a solid addition to any crew.
